Burrow had never taken a snap under center before being in our offense. Neither had Jefferson, Lee, or Harris for what it's worth.

QB development has been a huge issue, and I'm not sure that it's solved. Sure, the offensive system was poor. Brennan will be a good test case to see if we're headed in the right direction with development. The system is there now. We and he have had ample time to develop before taking over next year.

So ironic given the caliber WR's we had at that time.
