Was it that cold cup of justice gumbo that made Sankey feel froggish and jump?

Sankey not only got embarrassed on the stand as a fact witness/corporate rep, he also rightfully got humiliated by the judge and attorney Tony Clayton after ruling. I’ve got to believe that’s got at least a little to do with the SEC’s tactics. Sankey is showing the fragility of his ego if so, and Tony announced this morning he’s coming at him again. Hammer his arse.

The fact treat language was added show who Sanky is.
What you think that judge in Alabama did when she read that how loud you think she laughed.

Yep hopefully she laughed but we will see tomorrow. She seems like a Bama diehard, which translates to an SEC lean.

Sankey looked like the fool that he is in court last week, but that had nothing to do with LSU. He was being grilled by private lawyers representing individual players.
And citing in court papers Kiffin’s halftime joke to Holly Rowe (which I thought was hilarious) in simply ludicrous.

But it was 100% about LSU and why the SEC filed in Birmingham.

No team should want the SEC and Sankey to be the sole enforcer of the rules after this debacle with LSU.
This arbitrary enforcement has shown the SEC cannot fairly enforce the rules any better than the NCAA has done.

Exactly….the Federal Court ruling will be interesting because logic, ethics, and the facts are not on the SEC’s side. We will see if home cooking overrules these cornerstones.
