The QB this year is only a temporary fix, but for the next 3 years Walker is the guy. He might even challenge Burrow, seriously

So you’re saying Nuss sat out last year to play just one year of College football?

Seriously though, it has to be tough when we keep stacking on great Quarterbacks.

Actually. I see WH in his three years surpassing what Burrow did in one.

Ive never seen anyone do what JoeyB did in my lifetime.

2019
Almost 6000 yards passing
60 td passes...

Uh NO...

JoeyB is in a league with Manning, Brady and Farve. I've watched Howard. He is not even close to JoeyB

Pump the brakes! He hasn't even thrown a pass in a game yet. Unless you can see the future that's a very bold statement.

If he gets taller maybe. His height is concerning, he's listed at 6'1" but the reality is 6 ft, some say 5'11".

In HS Walker was awesome. But 5'11" ish is a little different when the OL is 6'5" ish. We will see. If the Collins kid can do what he looked like in HS and Walker too. We have a QB battle in a couple of years.

BY THA WAY, Walkers daddy was a can't miss QB out of HS too. Daddy Walker had a bad OL and he gets a lot of bad PR from history. But he still did not work out in the long run. Where Daddy Walker had Curly as a coach Little Howard has a height issue that may or may not workout. Also Collins is pretty good too.

We’ve never even seen this guy throwing a live game pass at the collegiate level. Quit talking out of your arse.

Wow.

Joe was far more than a great QB.
He was for all intents and purposes our head football coach.

Joe was/is a leader of men. He was the guy who got all his teammates to be accountable to each other, whether in the weight room or jugs machine extra work for our recievers.

How good was he? After leading the Tigers to a perfect season in 2019, he was drafted by the perennial loser Cincinnati Bengals and Joe single handedly changed the losing culture of that team to have them in the SuperBowl in his second season.

I am certain Walker Howard is a fine football player, but let's tap the brakes a bit on comparing him to JB9, the greatest to ever play the game .

You sound like a bafoon. Jamie was an elite qb and pitcher. Like other athletes of his era, he tried to excel in 2 sports. Walker is also an excellent baseball player but in today’s game you have to pick one or the other. He didn’t even play HS baseball to concentrate on being the best qb possible.

I think he’ll do just fine when it’s his turn to step up. He’s a great kid that can wait his turn; he sat behind Holstein and learned all he could before starting his first game as a HS junior.

Baffon, that's pretty strong for stating fact about Daddy Howard and stating issues with Walker and his Height coming from HS to College.

Walker ain’t 5’11” as you claim.

And the bafoon statement came from you calling his father “Daddy Walker”. It sounds asinine and borderline homo.

I think that when he leaves LSU, Walker will be the 2nd best qb in the history of our program

Saw him play at least 10 games in high school. By far best HS to come of La. Since Peyton. I expect him to be a 2 yr. stud after Nuss goes out.
