Bregs has been absolutely raking in June. He now has 8 home runs, 24 RBIs and 7 2Bs and an OPS of 1.018 in 24 games this month. Second walk-off hit in the last week too. And fwiw, Bregman only had one home run through April.

That makes 3 of the last 4 Astros walk offs on Bregman?

1. game 5? of the WS
2. odd little bloop just behind 1st base
3. one very reminiscent to the WS walk off
4. Correa I believe got one?
5. this one

That right?

Also:

Dat Bat Flip

He’s definitely a streak magnet. All star one month and he’ll go 2-32 the next 7 games.

eh, not really this year. he had a slow first couple weeks, but he's been pretty steady all year at the plate. Obviously he's hot as can be right now, but he's never really had a "slump" this year. He just wasn't hitting home runs like he's been this month.

I was just perusing Bregs stats, which are off the charts right now (he leads the entire team in slugging % right now at .508 and is second in OBP), and realized that the Astros lead the entire league (AL AND NL) in batting, pitching AND fielding. That's like an NFL team leading the entire NFL in total offense, total defense and special teams.

Ridiculous.

Yeah Bregman is currently on pace for about 30 HRs, 100 RBIs and 50 2Bs. I'd say that's pretty decent

We need to spur his all star vote or he isn’t going to get in. He deserves it.

Had he been playing on this insane level in April, I'd agree. But as of now I'd still give the edge to Jose Ramirez.

His OPS is .887, which is pretty good, way better than average.
