The real overreaction is from Pulmonary’s lawyers on The Rant who claim everyone is screaming to fire him when that isn’t happening. There has to be freedom to openly discuss CPM. Protecting him like he’s some deity does no good for anyone.

Skip had 5 National Titles in 18 years. PM has one in 15. I know he has had other success but at LSU, a National Championship should be expected every year. I use to make every excuse I could for CPM but I’ve grown tired of it.

Never takes blame for losses and throws players under the bus when 99 percent of the time it was on his decision making. He is stubborn and gets embarrassed anytime the pressure is high and is coaching against another coach that has a brain.

I know it was only game two, but I’m not talking about just this year for any of the “baseball knowledge” guys that wanna bump their gums. It gets tiring trying to find excuse after excuse for this man and his horrible “gut feelings”.

Skip was a great coach that produced championships. He earned the right to say anything he wanted. Pawl hasn’t earned shite in over 12 years. Trying to excuse Pawls obvious failures with Skip quotes is sad and frankly weak.

This board treats baseball and basketball like football, always has, always will.

Its like being shocked by CPM's coaching decisions, at this point its on you.

It’s not a healthy way to watch baseball. It’s a sport where if you fail 6 out of 10 at bats you are one of the greatest of all time and winning 2 out of 3 games is a success.

So saying it’s early and it’s baseball is equivalent to saying CPM is a God?

Skip also wouldn't have to constantly explain losing to unranked out of conference schools because they were so rare.

He put blame on the Hellmers failures directly on himself and defended the player. You said never.
