Anybody got a link on this? I was listening to Moscona talk about it yesterday and I wanted to watch it.

It's not on WAFB's website yet.

I really enjoyed that last night. My favorite part was that A&M hadn't printed tickets for a second game and they had to clear the stadium after the first one. Hope they put it online soon.

There was a teaser on Scone's show yesterday, one of which has me curious. The tease was that both Smoke & the pitching coach, Davis I think, was "almost fired" by Skip before that last game, because the players were refusing to practice. What was that all bout? And there was supposedly a fight in the bullpen between 2 Tigers, during the game it sounded like.

Bianco and Bush (the team captains) told Davis and Laval they were going take a nap before first game instead of BP.
Bertman was back at hotel game strategizing but was probably playing video poker somewhere.

Should have shown Skip right there that Laval was not head coach material for LSU.

I haven't seen the special yet but I take it Skips story of raping and pillaging a village didn't make the cut. I believe the players had "Rape and Pillage the Village" taped to the dugout wall.

Good times, I also remember the day LSU announced
the signing of the pitching coach from U of Miami!

I edited, I didn't mean to imply that I played. Class of 97.

I was there!!! An unbelievable experience. They never thought they would lose the first much less both. Only about 125 LSU fans there. It was surreal!!

I was there! To this day, probably my favorite LSU experience. The few LSU fans that were there (mainly family and friends of players) were leaning over the dugout after the win and the players were jumping up and giving us high fives. I got a cup of ice in the back of my neck from an aggie. I was so happy I didn't care. My brother, an aggie, was heart broken. I felt bad, but then I did have to listen to those bastards plan their trip to Omaha all week.

We played A&M at their place again in 90. It was regular season and their fans were just as nasty. Worst I've ever seen. I think Rich Cordani actually had to be restrained...

Great stuff right there. I, too, was listening on radio that night. Of course, at that time had no idea of the impact it would eventually make.
