Let me get this straight....
Guy takes over a basketball program that was at absolute rock bottom.
Makes the NIT in year 1
Wins the SEC and gets to the Sweet 16 in year 2.
Has his team tied for first in the SEC in year 3 despite losing 3 starters and having his recruiting class hamstrung by administrative gaffes.
And this is what you come up with?

Coaching is a lifetime achievement award? If a coach is underperforming, he should be called out on it regardless of what he has done in the past

Many fans don't care for Wade because of the wiretap stuff. Well then you shouldn't like a lot of coaches because they're all gonna cheat to some degree even his precious Coach O does it. Just the way of college athletics

And it's hard to deny that Wade has brought in a lot of top talent.
But he still has to coach them up and make the right strategic and tactical in-game decisions.
