Open the link in new incognito Chrome tabs. Open the page from the link every time and close the tab when done voting each time before opening a new tab.
If you just hit refresh it won’t count the votes.

I’ve been hitting refresh and voting but pretty sure it doesn’t count it. The vote number doesn’t go up at all....wouldn’t it track you by IP?

It lets you fill out the survey and submit, but at the top, it says “we’ve already counted your vote”

If you do it the way I outlined above from your phone, you can vote repeatedly, at least I can.
I get a ‘thank you for voting’ message after each vote and the vote count goes up every time.
