Hey,

I was looking to get in touch with someone who might have a vintage collection of LSU items or might possibly be able to inform me about some. Ive heard of antiquetiger but have not been able to get in touch. I'm sure there are other collectors too.

AntiqueTiger buys from little old ladies' estate sales and sells them for 6x to your average Tiger fan on eBay!

Some real piece of work that guy is.

There are about 75,000 swinging dicks who meet your description including me. What is it specifically you want to buy or trade or inquire about? Because I have some shite from a Harvey Williams white 87 jersey to a baseball signed by the 2000 CWS champs and I wouldn’t sell it unless the buyer had something to trade…say a Kevin Faulk jersey or a 91 signed baseball. Which are you? A buyer or trader?

I have quite a few items of LSU memorabilia. LSU helmet signed by all 4 National Championship FB coaches. A minihelmet signed by 1958 National Champios HC Paul Dietzel, Heisman winner Billy Cannon, and QB Warren Rabb.

I collect mascot stuff from the mid century - decals, pennants, patches and banners. I like to connect with other collectors of course for buying and selling opportunities, but that comes second for me as there's more value in the connection and sharing of info to me. A lot of people have stuff others haven't seen. I'm really interested in observing a tag on the back of a banner that I've been looking for to determine the age and manufacturing company. I'd attach photos for context but I don't know how

Fair enough. Maybe I should have specified more about vintage being from the mid century. I like the mascot stuff of the 1940's-1960's. I'm not interested in anything else at all, regardless of the value. I'm a buyer and a seller, but more so a student of the history. Some collectors have an eye for the art of that era and I am looking to connect with them. Share pictures, chat about lsu stuff etc. I don't have to buy or sell anything
