What does him arguing with his ex have to do with Jefferson? It has never been stated that he threw the first punch or any of these other rumors people like to quote as facts.

No, but it lends credibility to the unbiased witnesses (employees) and seriously hurts the credibility of the accuser. The more credible witnesses have said that he threw the first punch.

It calls into question his accounts of what took place. If someone lies to you about something are you gonna keep believing everything they tell you?
