channel 2 said the arrest report said both Jefferson and John's arrest was based on witness statements and physical evidence gathered, in which they repeatidly kicked the victim and the victim was unconscience. I hope they have more phyical evidence than Lowery's shirt and that one photo. Strange none of initial witnesses said that the victim was knocked unconscience instead they said he drove off in a black truck. Was the black truck the same one that the other victims drove off in and if so how did Lowery get back to the bar and leave the bar to go to the hospital.
