NIL speaking, Georgia is probably in the very best position. They have pretty good average earnings, have high enrollment count, and elite in state talent. Michigan/Texas/TAMU/USC are probably next best position considering these 3 criteria, LSU and Ohio St are probably next. Bama I'd say is below LSU because they have similar student enrolmment and average salary, but Louisiana puts out better talent than Alabama by a little bit.
