wishuwerelsu ...man i'm sorry but as a college football fan we all know better than to bring up things that happen in the past cause everyones team gets bent over here and there ..mcneese is a good program who talent wise is equal to most sun belt teams ..kids with talent who can't qualify academically flood that school every year

Harry Coleman beast ....they were champions in 2005 and were .500 or near .500 just about every other year and currently are the only team in the conference to be 2-0 ....LSU isn't close to be SEC champs every year...should we join the sunbelt .

haha. yea ole miss won a sec championship in 2003 also. we know how that ended. i can remember listening to espn radio 1420 here in lafayette around that time. Endless calls of usl fans crying that they didnt get into the papajohns.com bowl. give me a break shut your mouths and just be lsu's bitch like your supposed to.

i don't get it harry colemans bitch ..if you haven't realized i'm an LSU fan ...is ULL on LSU's level no ...are they a good sun belt program yes ...A national championship in 2003 & 2007 yes ....i didn't feel the same national championship swagger last year ....you can't expect ULL to run the sun belt ...they compete

You are probably mistaken. USL or ULL has always played in the highest division of the NCAA

Wrong. When USL was in both the Gulf South and American South conferences...they weren't D1-A.

I would guess mcneese and "ull" would have roughly the same academic standards when it comes to athletes they recruit

you talk to me like i have a ULL logo next to my name ...i just wanted to educate you a little bit and that score is what ULL has done vs. LSU which has never been my arguement with you ...my arguement is that ULL is exactly where they belong why would you want them to be 1-AA adding another cupcake to an even easier outer conference schedule
