how can you argue that LSU is better than Ole Miss this season? Ole Miss beat them head to head.

also keep in mind that LSU has had an extremely easy schedule this season as well.

How can you have Auburn ranked ahead of LSU? They were dominated head to head.
And wow to your second line.

It means sometimes a team has a bad day, or a team changes for better or worse over the season.

Do you think Ole Miss was better than Fla in 2008? Or Fla better than LSU in 2003?

are you that much of a homer to deny reality?

I can understand if you disagree with a team or two at the most on my list, but all of those teams have proven themselves to be better head to head with LSU this season.

Bama - for obvious reasons
Mizz - for obvious reasons
Ole Miss - molly whopped LSU playing their backups
Georgia - beat LSU
A&M - about even with LSU as of right now

Auburn has a better record, but LSU beat them so they are not listed.

We are taking our first bye week of the season and are only one of the few teams who have played 9 games this year. Time to get healed up and time to get back in the lab, to the drawing board, and refocus our efforts. Maybe the week off does us a little good ya know.

Mizzou losing will have no effect on LSU moving up, but could have SC move up past LSU given they just beat a top 5 team on the road.

I think you're the one who is drunk

I never once ranked Auburn ahead of LSU. pay attention. I said that LSU is better than Auburn because they beat them head to head.

also ... are you going to sit here with a straight face and tell me that LSU hasn't had an easy schedule this year? seriously dude? look at the facts.

That is exactly my point, your rankings is flowed because national poll disagree with you. Ole Miss has 3 losses. If LSU beats Bama, LSU is not a better team than Bama, it means they did better on that day.

We definitely should. Personally, I think we played better against Furman than I thought we would. This does give me a little bit more confidence about playing Bama and actually beating them. We can do it, we just need a great effort on both sides (defense more than offense though).

dude just give up. you're not paying attention.

we all know what the national polls say. the whole point of that post was that the national rankings are ridiculous. I am comparing the teams head to head. go back and read and comprehend.

you're the type of homer that only will pay attention to facts when it is convenient for you. you say things such as "it means they did better on that day", yet will ignore that LSU has had an easy schedule this year. when Ole Miss beat LSU with their backups you claim "they are not a better team" simply because Ole Miss has more losses than LSU. I mean come on

That is why I think you are drunk because your criteria for ranking is not what a sober man uses. I am sure if LSU beat Furman tonight you would rank them ahead of LSU. Hell, you might have smoked something.

keep digging that hole deeper. we're not talking about the "rankings". we are talking about teams that are better than LSU. ignore the damn polls. those polls are so flawed it's not even funny.

again I will ask you to answer (like other posters have asked you as well) why you think that any of those teams that I listed are NOT better than LSU this year? those teams being -

Alabama
Missouri
Ole Miss (already beat LSU head to head)
Georgia (already beat LSU head to head)
and possibly A&M at this point

LSU will be 11th or 12th......it depends on where Oklahoma is placed. Mizzou stays ahead of LSU right around the 10th spot.

yes they were. Les Miles lost that final game.

regardless your attempt to compare that to Ole Miss being better than LSU this season is flawed because you're failing to mention the fact that LSU has had an easy schedule this year.

Ole Miss has only ONE more loss than LSU does this season and all of their losses are against teams that are currently ranked #1, #11, and #14.

LSU has two losses and both were against currently non-ranked teams. including a head to head loss against Ole Miss.

Do you know if the were going to rank teams based on head-to-head results what a mess would it be? You go even more round and round than you are going with your posts.

again you're not paying attention and continue to dodge the questions.

answer the questions. don't be a coward. tell me why you think that those teams I listed are not better than LSU.
