Overall, LSU hasn't had great D line play over the past 7 or 8 years, the article suggest that is very likely to change. Defenses still win championships.

I don't understand the vibe of LSU fans on here. We have a top 5 coach, with a number of great recruiting classes, 18 terming starters, and a decent schedule. I just don't get it. This team is loaded with hungry talent that wants to put last November to rest. The outlook is not bleak people. This team is gonna be scary good.

If the defense lives up to its billing, the offense just needs to not turn the ball over and score whenever the opportunities arise. If the offense becomes somewhat unpredictable without turnovers, it's game over for the rest of the SEC.
