Yeah learn to speak in code.

Seriously most of the posters love TM and want the best for him. We don't want to be in part or any other ways, responsible for any missteps that could lead to further punishment

I talked to some St Aug people today and this is BIG to them. They understood the dismissal, but now are looking at Tyrann's wanting to sit out a year as kind of a test to see if Les " has their kid's back," or best interests at heart. Letting him stay in school with the possibility of rejoining the team would be a huge PR plus in New Orleans.

This should not be about St Aug. It should be about Mathieu putting his life back together and playing football again. It is about LSU making sure he has all that's available for that. It's about Miles following through on the promises coaches make to recruits and their families about supporting these players through the toughest times.

Mathieu made mistakes. He wants to make amends. LSU is setting up a clear path for that to happen. Everybody wins.

Good God. These people are now turning this against Les? So they are "testing" Les now? And they call themselves LSU fans?

Talk about throwing LSU and Les to the wolves, and putting TM above LSU. I hope our fans don't fall for this crap. Eff St. Aug and these people.

No, they don't call themselves LSU fans, they're fans of their kids. Test may have been a poor choice of words on my part, but, right or wrong, and it's not "just" St Aug, the African American community in New Orleans feels this way.

sounds like they didn't understand shite. TM broke the rules and deserved what he got. If les & Alleva find a way to let him back on the team then I support it but these St Aug people can get fricked IMO.

and if this doesn't go through then it's on nobody's hands except for TM. I'm not liking this being turned around on Les; he did what was right and shouldn't be expected to bend over backwards.

Well tell them to do a better job of raising them. But thanks for clarifying these bastards aren't LSU fans.

LSU doesn't need these shitty people. That community can send their kids to another college to shite on their athletics, IMO.

What did St Aug "people " do for this young man. I may be wrong but I doubt that this young man just started his bad habit. I could care less how anyone else views the decision of the LSU administration on the discipline decision of this great university. I trust they have and will continue to make quality decisions for the lives of our student athletes.

They just assumed like the rest of us that TM7 would go elsewhere and were okay with that, since he broke the rules, but now seeing that he wants to stay, sit out and do whatever is asked, they hope LSU agrees.

exactly. Les owes TM exactly jack shite. Les kept his end of the deal and TM fricked up over an over until Les had to do what he did for the sake of the team.

Not sure Cincy speaks for the entire African american community but anyone trying to turn this around on Miles should shut the frick up. Besides, wanna know the best way for TM to never play another down at LSU? Try pressuring Les on this and see who fricking blinks first. Dumbasses.

What was St. Aug's, or their staff's, problem with LSU years ago? Saban said when he got to LSU they wouldn't even let him and his staff in the school.

If LSU and Les think it's best to bring him back, I'm with them. I'm an LSU fan.

Screw St. Aug and the community for testing Les and LSU, after they gave him 3 chances and TM said he don't give a shite, and took what he wanted. LSU doesn't need them. They need LSU. And they need to realize that. And so do the LSU fans posting in this thread.
