Why the hell is anyone buying all this crap and treating this guy like a huge insider? He didnt post this till the Oklahoma plastered this all over the internet. He then goes on to say this was super secret and no one knew. It could be real it might not but until it got broken all over the internet this "source" didnt know shite.

if tiggers story is correct, either he failed his interview, or they aren't offering him yet.
Keep in mind that was now over 3 hours ago, depending on the timing of this quote it appears Stoops didn't get the offer.

The OK article had a misleading title with more accurate info in the article. I agree that the Stoops thing is total bs but I'm not sure anyone is sharing legit info right now.

I was told this morning that Les had an interview lined up for today. I posted that info earlier this morning. I did not get a name at the time. I got a call later after the news broke telling me that was who it was and how it was being done. He was not able to disclose the name at the time.
Oklahoma constantly dips into Louisiana for recruits. I don't know if Stoops is their main recruiter for this region or not.

I think the most believable story backed up by the most people, is that CP and Coach O are the top candidates and there is a deal in the works.

Constantly is a bit of a stretch. A couple here or there, maybe. And they have yet to sign a kid out of LA that was offered by LSU. And Stoops Mike wasn't the main recruiter on any of them.

What I've read on 247 and what kinda makes sense. They need a spot for Coach O and if Brick is being considered for a job that would naturally open up a spot for him.

There's something unsettled with this issue yet. I told you earlier this week what I was told that it was. If its more than that I haven't heard. But I know Les has been steady talking to others with that particular strength since.

Thats my guess too...and maybe even some reshuffling of staff....CP and Shoop are secondary guys so even if one of them is hired we will still need to find an LB coach.
