Watch this happen: Fisher turns us down and gets a big raise to stay. Herman goes to Texas. AtM or somebody steals Aranda away to be a HC. O gets pissed at being called the "back up plan" and goes to be DC at Arkansas or something. We're left scrambling to find a HC, OC and DC during bowl season after firing our HC 4 games into the year.

Herman is a bigger question mark than O. O has proven he can recruit at the highest level. O would only need to add a O coordinator equal to Aranda and LSU is a contender.
