Good Will and StVincent De Paul say THANKS for all the new Purple and Gold they will inherit. People all over Louisiana pushing grocery carts will have these shirts on.

The kid was a game-changer, and a ball hawk without a doubt. It's rare to see someone with such a nose for the ball. I hate to see him go, he's a great player, and he will be missed. The team will go on, and we will be fine, but we would be a better football team with him. Les did the right thing as well.

It is not that he could not cover. He could not cover guys that were 6'2'' or taller effectively. He was probably the most talented defender on defense. I hope he can get his issues straightened out and make it to the next level as a specialist of some kind. Simon and whomever they put at the other corner will do fine. All you have to do is look at the success that Ron Brooks had last year to see that others can step up.

The Big Play Maker will be missed. Makes me sick!! Instincts are the Most important talent!! He was wired right. Where will he go? Maybe...Bayou North.

What you are doing is exercising a level 3 (Neurotic) defense mechanism called "Dissociation"

Yes, unfortunately size does matter at corner. Which is why some teams passed on him out of HS.

Kudos to Les Miles.

Don't kid yourself he will be missed

yes we will. the only positive i can think of, and it's a reach, is that he got "too big for his britches" and then would have been a negative for this years team. not sayin' that happened at all; just speculating like everyone else. he was the best overall playmaker i have ever seen in college ball and i will miss the hell out of him.
