The guys were not smoking a joint. They had a lot of it. They are going to be hit with intent to distribute. That could mean jail for all of them...

This. He was given clear guidelines to come back. Doesn't matter what the guidelines were, he didn't feel strongly enough about returning to LSU to follow them.

Intent to distribute? What a Joke! They only had 18 grams total, barely over an ounce. The distribution part has to do with the separate bags and possibly the digital scale. The person in possession of the bags is the only one thats going to go down on distribution brah

The minimum sentence for possession with intent to distribute MJ is 5 years at hard labor. Most will get probation.

Mathieu is done at LSU. I doubt any NFL team will draft him. Maybe a free agent pick up at best. No team is risking dough on this guy.

I had to come back and finish what I started. The team means a lot to me, the staff, the athletic department, the teachers I formed a relationship with. All of that played a role in my decision to come back and do it the right way this time.
