Heard it in the car today. Thought it was great.
eta: Dan and Stugotz were both complimenting his honesty at the end. Really was a great interview.

I just remember Rummy moving all the Tyrann Mathieu melt threads to the MSB that day

Great interview. He's turned into the anti Cecil Collins.

It's awesome seeing so many former players constantly repping LSU. PP7, Mathieu, OBJ, Jeremy Hill.. the list goes on and on

When I saw what he did to the Saints a few weeks ago, I was delighted to see he's gotten his confidence back after his knee operations.
He is as natural and instinctive football player as I've ever seen. He sees things that other players don't. He puts himself in positions that other players can't. He was all over the field, disrupting one play after the next.
I'll be really happy for him when enough time has passed when all people want to talk about is his performance on the field and not what happened at LSU. I know I made some really stupid mistakes when I was the age he was at LSU. Thankfully I didn't do it on a public stage and I was lucky enough not to get caught before I wizened up and got my shite together. He really deserves to be talked about as one of the best defensive players in the NFL, not because of that past shite.

This is just another sign of how in state talent can be missed or over looked. Tillery from Evangel is now a starting true freshman at Notre Dame playing on the D line. He said the reason why he didn't come to LSU is because they ignored him for 3 years. There are several cases like TM in Louisiana, kids with heart and passion

If it's something this year's team is missing it's someone lime Tyrann.

When it was announced that tyrann had been kicked off the team, I remember a bunch of nigs gonna be nigs comments. This is in response to the poster that wanted a link to the day it was announced the honey badger was dismissed.

A huge part of it is the family culture that Les creates for these young men.

Yea, exactly the same thing
He has aspirations outside of football and took a visit to Dartmouth. That's your real reason. LSU offered and recruited him.
Don't act like a 4 star is some diamomd in the rough player

Agree with you. We are not going to get every Louisiana player, and for every one we lose, we get someone from out of state like Ridley, PP7, Kelvin Shep, etc

I found it to be even more interesting when he said that the prisoners in the jail where he was placed were also looking down on him and disappointed with him.
I thought he was brutally honest in the interview.
