Solid game management with minutes left.

Is this a record?

Seriously if as a fan you miss the major improvement on game management and game plan, as compared to previous seasons at LSU, you must have your head buried in sand

Lolwut?

We called time out, ran a play on 3rd and 3, then called time out on 4th and inches because we didn't have a plan on whether to kick it or not. We're simply lucky it didn't bite us in the arse. That's not strong clock management by any stretch.

I’m pretty sure LSU has a salaried employee that watches the clock.

This team certainly has shown discipline the past two weeks. We rarely use timeouts frivolously and O did a good job taking the points on that 4th and inches. That took some discipline from O tbh.

No doubt it was the right call IMO, but it's not an example of good time management. It's anything but good time management.

On the flip side take a look at Gus's decisions down the stretch.

Clock/game management I believes starts when you have 1 or two posessions left. Gus clearly paniced.

He had just watched his team build a 20 point lead in the first half only to utterly implode after.

I mean, can you really blame him?

That's not bad clock management. That was happenstance.

Shame on him for wanting to think about the biggest play in the game.

The FG unit was on the field and ready to kick. I don't know wtf your talking about

I am a nega shrimp boater, but acknowledge that he has done well with the clock management.

You dumb arse they were letting the clock run as low as possible before kicking. Florida called time out on 3rd down. Again, like last week, this was perfect clock management.
