Reath looked lost at the start of the year, but he’s a damn good contributor now as a paint protector and a decent scoring option

Only open spot in the starting lineup for next year is the 3 it seems. Barring injuries, suspensions, scandals, prostitutes, etc.. I think locked in is:

Waters
Smart
*******
Naz
Bigby-Williams

Days looks like a NBA prototype 3. Can Emmitt Williams play the 3? Then you have Edwards and Sampson... Rachal down there a ways.

I think to start the season he goes with Edwards, he has that bulldog mentality that I know Wade likes and brings some senior experience. Most talented lineup would start Sampson out there, hopefully he sticks around, works his arse off and earns it but who knows. Days I think will be a guy thats going to be a lot of fans favorite player, but not sure if Wade will want to start 3 freshmen

I do think there is a good chance we roll with three guards and 2 bigs next year and have Mays starting alongside Smart and Waters. Wade loves him and another year worth of development for him and waters should really show next year. If he doesnt start he will get starter minutes as the main sub coming in for the guards. The flipside of that is E williams is a huge talent and keeping that out of the starting lineup could be a mistake. Days looks like a great fit as a wing as welll. Really good problem to have.

Unless Days or Williams show some skill to play the three, then I think we are locked into a 3-guard lineup with Mays, Waters and Smart.

If Sampson returns and is 100 percent (physically and mentally) he could start. I would be shocked if he returns at this point.
