Stood next to him a week or so ago. I'm 5'11 210. He was not only taller, but much more built. I'd say hes around 200 give or take a few pounds.

I was just curious to see if anyone has seen him in person recently. There are some pics from camp on TSD and Shep looks to have added some muscle to his frame. The article says he's over 200 right now.
