Well, other than baseball, there's not much going on right now. And, plus, now I'm "accepted" over there.

That place has some of the strangest things you'll ever see...but it can be very addicting.

That's what I think is cool about the Buckeye fans...they came here for the NC game and got hooked on the OT.

I'm hooked on the OT right now. Even if I don't post, I'm on at least once a day to read.

Once football starts back up, I'll be on the Rant and More Sports board quite a bit.

They have fielded some pretty good teams over the years and put up 31 and 34 points against Florida and Georgia respectively last year. But, they lose alot on offense with their starting QB, RB, and two best receivers. I don't know much about who is stepping up in their place but from what I've read and heard this could be a bit of a down year for them. Not to say they will be bad but I don't think they will be nearly as good as the 04 team that gave us a scare.

If we get up for Troy like we did for Tulane last year, it could be a very exciting game!

troy will get blown out. they lost their star qb, he was their entire offense, second in rushing yards and first in rushing td. he was the tim tebow of mid major football programs. their star wr and star rb are also gone. this season they have no big play makers and no one to step up in those postions. their not picked to win the sun belt and projected to finish 3rd or 4th if i'm not mistaken. the tigers got this.

Omar was good, but he wasn't our entire team. We have another QB ready to step into his place there will be a a talent gap but he'll be ready to go. Also our defense should be stout and even if the offense is off if the defense can hold we should be ok.

thats the thing, troys offense wont produce against the lsu defense. i'm not drinking purple and gold kool aid, i'm being realistic. troys defense will be worn down b/c of staying on the field for so long and playing against lsu's talented offense they wont hold up. its gonna be just like last season when we played against midd tenn. 40+ points

Unfortunately the band wont be able to make the trip to Ohio. Even though we had to pay for tickets to LSU and Ohio was going to let us in for free the gas difference was enough to make LSU cheaper. I wish we could make it would be awesome to see that game in person.

The good news about Troy is we will get to see Auburns new offense. I live in B'Ham and the Auburn fans are so excited no one they play will have seen there new O. Well LSU will see Troy and A state who also runs avery similar attack. If we dont get upset by TROY, I say we beat AU on the plains and take control of the west.

You might be right, but I'm hoping that after we will have a little bit better start on the year than last year. We open with Middle Tennessee who is normally our late season conference game. If open and play them well then we should have a good year, if not it well be a long long year.
