I'm eager to see what RS can do in Holiday's role.

Send him on a blitz nobody will touch him and he is the fastest player in college so as long as he gets there he can just jump into the face of people like tebow and eventually a bigger defensemen will get there to aid in the tackle

I talked to coach Porter myself yesterday. He said that we were going to use Trindon just like any other running back. To quote him "LSU is going to have a 3 headed monster at running back with Charles Scott, Keiland Williams and Trindon Holiday. We're going to run Holiday just like any other running back, between the tackles and outside the tackles, on passing plays and plays where hes going to have to block". Just thought Id let y'all know.

well if he said that then clearly he's stupid because it didn't work last year, so why would it work this year? TH is not a RB, I don't care if that's what he played in HS, he is a scat back or whatever, someone that comes in to scare the daylights out of teams because he could go all the way.

It doesn't matter what can be, might be, or should be, or one or two highlights, its the year's performance and impact on the team. And I'm only talking about him "running between the tackles."

You actually have to touch the ball as a RB to be productive FWIW

I think Trindon runs with too much stop and go. His stopping when juking costs him alot of yards IMO. If he kept the pedasl too the metal he would be much more effective. Watch UF guys like PHarvin, JDemps, or LSU's Skyler Greem run. They stay in high gear and swerve - no braking. The difference in running styles is even obvious to a slow poke like me.
