Bruce was fired at Tennessee for illegal recruiting. It took two or three coaches before they recovered. Barnes has them back on track
Then Bruce went to Auburn where he repeated illegal activities. His assistant took the heat and was first sentenced to prison. I think they eventually let the assistant stay out of prison.
Bruce is still coaching.

He's still coaching, after serving a multiple year show cause penalty and being out of coaching. Wade will likely do the same.

My post is spot on...TN moved on and so did LSU. The jury is out on Mac, but he deserves some time and will get it.

That dude couldn’t give two shits about LSU Basketball. His ilk are just trying to find justification. I’m tired of even trying to talk to them. I know what’s going to happen, I’ll be back on TD with a few of us just like it was in Brady lean years, Trent, Joneshoyang.
Btw, I was arguing with a guy that had 13 posts earlier. Do you recognize how many TD accounts all of a sudden became active and so concerned about LSU Basketball. I’ve been calling this out for a while, but it’s so obvious and a testament to where we are.

No he doesn’t. But he will get it and LSU MBB will be terrible for his tenure. It’s the easiest prediction ever.

I had to take a break and have seen so many "new/old" posters all of a sudden chime in on LSU Basketball - we made a joke about LSU AD burner accounts.
All I can say for now is that I am a passionate LSU Basketball fan and hurting right now. That doesn't mean I need - or want to - argue with a whole bunch of people. It just fricking sucks.

This is the only account I’ve made on TD. I’ve read TD on and off again for a few years now. Never extensively, so I’m not too familiar with the culture or past events here.
I’m a passionate LSU basketball fan who wants more than anything for this program to be on the same level as baseball and football. I’m hurting now too. That’s why I made this account. I never felt the need to before. All I’m looking for is people as passionate as me about LSU hoops to talk to that actually know what they’re talking about.

I don’t blame you now for knowing what the boards have been like here. I understand I need to prove myself as more than just a troll. No hard feelings. I’m loyal to LSU basketball almost to a fault. I’m at every game screaming at the top of my lungs till my voice is gone, and I love it. I’m supporting this team unconditionally even though we suck.

Wade may or may not get a show cause , but I’m not familiar with a program that has received a ruling on their allegations that ended up being multiple level 1s and not received punishment.
I can’t see us not receiving sanctions for that ruling

Also , everyone here was predicting one or two year post season ban when the ruling came down and now everyone is acting like we won’t get anything, what’s changed? Nil ? That was a thing when the ruling was made.

You said you lurked before, but you're going to know your LSU Basketball posters. MK (as much heat he gets elsewhere is great BB poster), Alt26 for all his paragraphs (lol) is amazing, Bottom9, LSUButt (missing his pre-games), I could name a lot. I do overstate TD doesn't care about LSU Basketball, but it really is a group of posters. I'm sure S, Ugly, etc. are in there and many more.
