If he did time at 4.59, which I doubt, it was most likely hand timed and therefore bullshite. He is probably a 4.7 or 4.8 guy laser timed. He also has stiff hips and little lateral quickness, which is just as important for a linebacker as straight line speed. To play LB, you need to be able to slide between gaps, close off edges, and flip your hips for sideline to sideline pursuit. Not sure Tory Carter has that kind of athleticism.

Tommy Banks should get more carries.
