I don't blame you though. They are probably trying to be respectful and don't really have much originality when it comes to words.

Just because you enter the portal doesn't mean you want to leave LSU. Some are trying to squeeze out more NIL money similar to NFL free agency
They're all on LSUs roster until Jan 2nd

The portal doesn’t open until Jan 2. The announcements that these players intent to enter is for deals to start being made by agents/reps. It’s not tampering in a “legal” sense with NCAA since the player isn’t talking to schools.

This would be the first guy I interviewed. At least he’s honest.

However, I agree with another poster, I feel sorry for these kids to some extent. There are many who will never see the playing field for a Div 1 team again. If you’re not being processed, stay where you are for Heaven’s sake.
