Not sure if I was smart or lucky but parked in lot 407 across from vet school. Left with 4 minutes left in 3rd qtr. Had no problem getting out and going down river road even though half the stadium if not more had already left. Was the issue for people leaving after 4th qtr?

I cant imagine the revenue LSU loses on concessions because of traffic issues. Close game, blow out, top 10 matchup,....none of it matters anymore because people have PTSD over traffic and start making they're way to the exits early in the second half

Left after both bands played to get back home to the baby. Parked in 408 didn’t get back to Prairieville until after midnight.

That usually helps! But typical of our fan base now!

Issue was stayed until the end and was parked in the Alex Box south side parking lot and we were stuck there for several hours; hundreds of vehicles to one small exit and were last to clear out then down Nicholson was a cluster until past tigerland. Usually can park near Lod Cook and hike a little bit but cops had that road blocked around the lakes. Was miserable.
Will they block Lakeshore Dr W this week also or was just for the SU extravaganza does anyone know?

Traffic was terrible before the game also. With about a minute left in the first quarter I still was not even able to make it through the campus gates yet. I turned around and went home and sure I was not the only one who just left. That paid parking permit was no help at all!!

Used to go to all home games. Hadn't been since 2015.
Took 2 hours to get from Nicholson exit to our parking lot. Parked in 106 right inside the gates and left after the 1st quarter. Got the hell out of there. Campus was trash all day, but that probably had a lot to do with the opponent. It took over an hour to get through the gate and to my seat. I was done before the game even started.

I remember why I don't go anymore. Say what you want. I absolutely hate dealing with LSU campus on a football game day. Basketball and baseball are fun. Football is a fricking chore. No thanks.

I left with like 2 minutes left in the 4th. The game was over before we even got out of the stadium. Got to the car around 10:15 and made it to I10 in about 20 minutes.

It’s all about knowing where to park. I left once the game ended, got to my car, and I was on 10 heading East in 10 minutes

I was fortunate this week. I was in no rush to get home so I just got some food, had another drink or two and waited until contraflow was done. I still got home around 11:30, but I was much happier with how I spent that time.
