You’re getting out of hand if you think Texas has a really good front 7. They BARELY beat okie state last week man and gave up a ton of points

I’m with you on this one man. It’s not hard to say that they might have a better running game than us

But you didn’t show how many of those were Tua scrambles or WR jet sweeps.

715 yards - the one 75 yard sweep = 650 yards
LSU 527 yards

there's not a HUGE difference between 650 and 527

Are we taking out the longest rush of the year by LSU as well?

The extra 123 yards would be 23.3% of our total. Thats at 650

It does not matter who is rishingbthe ball. Rushing yards are rushing yards. They have been more efficient running, we have been more efficient passing. Your logic and therefore your argument are flawed.

i am really pleasantly surprised to see Latin turn up in a Rant argument, kudos to y'all...

...but my daughter was a Latin major grad (RIP) and would want me to correct your spelling - it's "paribus".

The running game with specific reference to the stable of running backs that we have has been criticized. So no, those QB scrambles and WR jet sweep rushing yards are not relevant in trying to assess how our running backs are doing. Like I said, Helaire is doing just fine. Especially around the goal line where it matters most
it's crazy this has to be explained to people

Fun Fact: Edwards-Helaire has more rushing yards than Bama leading RB 5-star Najee Harris by DaCajun1

OK... BUT Bama uses more than just ONE back and use them often... LSU???? Not so much...............

Also interesting to see just how similarly Alabama and LSU are evolving.

After LSU refusal to do so for a decade it is definitely coming around.

Doesn't the fact that they have similar stats just speak poorly for both Helaire AND Harris?

5.6 and 5.9 ypc are bad?

What should those numbers be?

That is awesome. Unless and until LSU can beat those people it will not matter.
