The important thing is he has zero turnovers. As long as he takes care of the ball keep him in. Lee forced way to many throws last year, which is why he had 16 INTs

0 interceptions...

very few sacks

no, im ok for now..

i think if they ALLOWED him to throw the ball deep, his stats would be more inflated.

however they are controlling him.

we will see

these low passing numbers are only because they didn't let him throw downfield at all....I'd guess due to a combination of inexperience and the rain...those numbers will open up as the season progresses....

I think we will see Lee soon enough....if he has managed to get rid of last year's woes, he could be half of a heck of a quarterback tandem....

The zero INT stat is nice, but at some point, it loses value if we are not challenging the other team with the passing game.

If he doesn't improve it would be nice to see maybe him losing more and more snaps to RS, if only to put a fire on his arse.

are you kidding. With wet hands and a soaked football he 9 incomplete. no fumbles and no picks. Not enough time for a vertical attack. I did like that Lee came in and he was pumped up and trying to get the crowd involved. However, Jefferson has done nothing to take himself out of the lineup

I'd like to see the #2 qb for 2 series per half and Sheppard on random single down packages throughout the game. In all would like to get Shep and avg of 10 touches per game, but not all from qb position.

We played our strength for 2 games against not so good opponents. Our running game is our strength due to a great O-Line and a non proven QB. There is no doubt in my mind we will open the offense and start going down field. Why force it now when these games are the easy ones? Lets keep this up and pound UGA and UF with the deep ball when they start putting 7-8 in the box to stop us. No need to do it now. Its just crowd pleasing right now.

I think they were planning on taking more deep shots but our defense got tired real quick. Their freshman running back and quick QB had us chasing the whole night. That should be your worries right now. Conditioning.
