I blame this entirely on the police. They can't just be tasing and arresting our #1 receiver. This is baton rouge

This.

What did he get caught with? Everyone says it's bad but I never figured out what they were referring to.

Blow. Which is amazing because coke stays in the system for only around 3 days.

kid got in a fight.....big deal. he has not been a problem in the past but they will run the puke out of him. Good enough IMHO.

Art Cantrelle was heard somewhere laughing his arse off at this.....

“He’s a good football player, does the right things, but he can make mistakes.” Miles said. “This behavior is not be tolerated. He will pay a tremendous price. He will practice with that hand and will sustain some running and it is a personal embarrassment. But, Terrence Toliver is a good football player and we will get by this.”

This is more like it.

Can Toliver get a medical redshirt for this spring so he can participate in spring drills next year?

Football teams are a meritocracy. Honestly, I have no problem with this attitude. If you're lower on the depth chart, you better keep your nose clean. Better players have a wider latitude.

At least Miles is bringing sustainability to the football program.

I will easily overlook this.

I'll be the last one to cast stones considering all the shite I did in college. If the kid does nothing more serious in life than this, everything will be fine. I hope that's the case.

Perilloux? A nobody?

The only overreaction that I'm aware of is Anderson. And that was hot on the heels of Thomas/Giddens situation, so I cut Miles some slack on that one.

What am I missing?

This is a totally different world then AC playing days (60's); Due the extreme media coverage, hype and monetery pressure on major programs like LSU today these athletes are placed on a pedestal for all the world to view and regard as so called role models as such like it or not. Very unfortunate incident that we all hope TT will learn from and carry onward to a great season and be forgotten by Sept. 4th!
