Miles gave RP like 3-4 chances publicly, and prob 4-5 more behind close doors

Sure, I don't know him so why would I make a judgement on him?

The guy has never gotten in trouble before....He got in a fight, it's not the end of the world.

What do you think Miles should do to him?

I think he did the right thing. I think 2 or 3 infraction and punishment will be harsher than RP 2 or 3 rd infraction

whether or not you agree that certain people in life should get preferential treatment has no bearing on the fact that it happens regardless; and, it would have been nice in this situation had the cops realized who TT was and used more discretion. the fact that he was tazed twice while he was unarmed and not attacking an officer is an indictment on police departments nationwide. the rampant overabuse of the tazer as a weapon has become an epidemic that only serves to fuel the addiction to power that so many law enforcement agents display. i anxiously await the day that some small child or well politically connected citizen becomes a martyr for the cause and the damn things become extinct. i still fully support TT and secretly hope the some big defensive lineman is plowing that cop's wife behind his back.

He got in a fight, big deal. I'm surprised he had the balls to throw down in a place like Fred's

I will easily overlook this. He has never been a problem and this is small compared to past problems of the program. If it happens again I may change my tune

I think this is a fair assessment, and I agree.

1) Counterfeit money involvement with Secret Service coming in. Testified against to basically not have charges filed against him

2) Fake I.D. at casino leads to arrest (not a big deal at all IMO)

3) Derrick Odom incident where a car was jumped on

4) Another incident where he was with the group that broke down a door

5) Bar fight possibly involving a gun and another car vandalism that he was present at

6) 2 failed drug tests (and it wasn't for weed)

“He’s a good student, does the right things, but he can make mistakes.” Miles said. “This behavior is not be tolerated. He will pay a tremendous price. He will practice with that hand and will sustain some running and it is a personal embarrassment. But, Terrence Toliver is a good person and we will get by this.”

What did he get caught with? Everyone says it's bad but I never figured out what they were referring to.

the odd thing is that many of the so called top coaches in the country probably wouldn't have kicked Perriloux off the team. Meyers, Saban, and Bowden have all let more slide. At least give kudos to Miles for having the guts to do it.

Terrence told me his left hand was already hurt, and he was swinging with only his right hand. No clue what is the truth, but in class Monday that is what he told me.
