maybe

i think most people knew he would workout well, it's all gonna boil down to whether a team thinks they're getting the toliver from the florida and texas a&m games, or the toliver in the games where you didnt hear his name

He looks pretty sharp, but his hands history is the enigma. IMO, he's late 2nd Round quality from what he's shown in the combine.

I just hope he doesn't end up in the NFC South. Unless its New Orleans of course.

He looks really good in the drills. Like a big receiver.

Toliver's problems are not his measurables. He has been his own worst enemy. His hands are very inconsistent.

i think mayock had him in the 6th-7th, i could be wrong about that

sporting news had him as the 15th WR

LINK

espn (scouts inc.) has him as the 15th WR

You think any of had to do with JJ going 7 straight weeks without throwing for over 100 yards. I think inconsistency by the receivers had a lot to do with the piss poor quarterback play. JMO.

I predicted 4.52 for Tolliver and 4.6 for Ridley.

I'm no draft expert, but his size, quickness, and playmaking potential should override his minimal "hands" issue.

You can't have a hands issue if you're gonna be a good WR in the NFL. That's more important than the other measurables
