Appointed in 2014 by Jindal.
Mr. Chatelain represents the 5th Congressional District; his term of service ends on June 1, 2020. He is a bank executive.
Blake Chatelain is the president/Chief Executive Officer and one of the founders of Red River Bank based in Alexandria, La.
Mr. Chatelain had 14 years experience with regional banking organizations when at the age of35 he had the chance to lead the formation of Red River Bank in 1999. Today, Red River Bank has 16 locations in Central and Northwest La. and is the 7th largest bank based in Louisiana with more than $1 billion in total assets.
Mr. Chatelain is a native of Bunkie, La., and started his college career at LSU Alexandria before transferring and graduating from LSU with a B.S. in finance.
Mr. Chatelain was appointed to the LSU Board of Supervisors by Gov. Bobby Jindal.
He is very active in civic organizations past and present with service including the Central Louisiana Economic Development Alliance, The Rapides Foundation, Rotary, United Way, Caring Peoples Pharmacy and the Red Cross.
His professional affiliations include Louisiana Real Estate Brokers License; Robert Morris and Associates; Louisiana Nursing Horne Association; and Louisiana Bankers Association, Executive Management Committee.
Blake is a deacon at Calvary Baptist Church in Alexandria, and he and his wife, Belle, have four sons and two grandchildren.

I beginning to see a pattern. The Republican BoS are not the bad guys. As with EVERYTHING, the Democrats on the BoS are the problem. God they are the scum of the Earth. I bet anything that Alleva and King are democrats.

Of course they are, but believe it or not there are dems who have LSUs’ best interest in mind from a sports perspective
