Bama looks damn near unbeatable right now. Yeah it's possible to beat them but Tua has put them on another level which is scary. Their D takes a step back but then their offense takes 10 steps forward.

-Inconsistent O-line
-WR with serious issue dropping passes
- No home run threat on O
-Defense just gave up 300 yards
-Way too many missed tackles and over pursuing
-Delayed handoff is 4-10 yards against the D

There's no killer instinct or fire in this team unless it's a big game. That's been a trend under Eaux. Im not criticizing him, I think he's done a good job this year, but that part of his coaching needs to improve. He needs to get this kids to player better in the rent a win games.

LSU can beat any team this year. What I worry about is we beat ourselves. Their steak beating us ends this year

LSU was elite program for many years, no way this team looks the part at this time

Although I somewhat agree, I don't really see who is better that isn't in the top 5 so far. OU might be, but they almost lost to Army (who Duke beat by 20). Penn St. needed a near-miracle to beat Appy St. Notre Dame barely survived Vandy. I haven't even been impressed with Clemson and they are ranked #3 (and were extremely fortunate to get out of aTm with a W).

This times 1,000, Feliciana has hit the nail on the head.

Who cares? Rankings right now are for conversation only with no real meaning.

We’ll see what happens the next few weeks and see where we are when the first rankings that matter come out. If we keep winning, we will be in the top 4.

Not every game will be played like the last. In a way playing on their level and winning in a way finds shortcomings which will help this young team get much better. IMO this team can definitely go undefeated. BAMA wI'll lose in BR. It s going to happen this year.

True we have no identity on offense. But we do have elite skill guys.

It kills me that O’s hand picked OC cannot find mismatches for Dee Anderson and Stephan Sullivan to exploit. We all know they are there.

Hell Anderson looks like a Calvin Johnson clone out there and he’s not even on the field for half the offensive snaps.

Not against this defense.

They’re about as talented as LSU. You can swap either one. And if LSU was up 31-7 and ended up losing because of a fumble, how much would you be melting? So you’re really saying Oregon is that good?

CAN we beat any of the teams in the top 10? Absolutely. WOULD we beat them? Depends how we play and how they play.

We have the talent to beat them but the team would have to show up big and play for 4 quarters.

We still have the best resume in college football. I’d say #5 is about right now. According to ESPN predictor the UGA, Miss St, and Bama is the hardest 3 game stretch for any team this year

Clearly the only time you've watched them this season

We're not ranked too high...

Bama is the clear #1. I think Ohio State is probably the 2nd best team, just based on what I've seen so far. I THINK they could run with Bama, depending on how things shake out.

Not really sure on UGA or Clemson, but their recent past combined with their start to the year puts them in the top 4 IMO. This all stems from their recent ability to play Bama at a reasonable level on the big stage.

Honestly, everyone else, including us, is in a different tier as of now. We've got the best resume in that group, with maybe Stanford being next.

I just don't see any team being able to hang with Bama this year, which makes me sick to my stomach. They may not lose a game for two years until Tua leaves. Sad.

We'll find out more about Ohio St after road game against Penn St on Saturday.
