Dumbass Woodward made it a $35 million buyout when he guaranteed $7 million per year. I said at the time that it was stupid. There was no market, for Ed Orgeron’s services, north of $5 million with no more than four years guaranteed. Had we done THAT deal, the buyout right now would be $10 million, and we would be $4 million richer for having saved $2 million per year on his salary the last two years.
