Hold your finger on it and click save image. Or tap it, one of the two.

send me an email, so i can get your request ready to go. I am visiting with LSU's licensing department on Monday morning to review the details of the design. I hope that after we have gone over the details and specifics, we agree that the content is general and not infriging on LSU indicia. We definitely do not want to put an LSU athlete in jeopardy with neither our creativity nor our support of the creativity of others.

Just send me your information, and I will keep you posted after our conference call Monday morning.

Id bet money they say no. You fricked yourself on that. As long as you dont mass produce it you could have stayed clear of any trouble by them. Ive been there and got burned. They actually took my frickin design after they said I cant produce it, and reproduced it via Nike. So good luck.

i can't see a few t-shirts that don't say LSU or have any LSU logo on it as a problem, but that's why we are discussing the details on Monday morning.

I wish no ill will towards you or your design, but I said that in a be careful of what you do or show them kinda way. If I told you what design it was you wouldnt believe me. People I know actually know the truth but it would be far fetched for someone who doesnt know me or what I do..on a message board at that

ETA- hell if they say no, you might see NIKE start making that exact design 2-3 weeks later. They own alot more than you would expect. The font, the colors(PMS), anything affiliated with the school-whether it has LSU on it or not). Its just the simple truth that they have too many people producing and designing LSU appparel and they dont like others fricking with who they got. In other words you are taking money from them. Just sayin.

Is this going to happen? If so, I want my XL and I'll take a visor.

If you're still woried about the tigers head for the "o", take ir out and use the football for the "o".

I liked the football, just not that big and down on that part of the shirt.

no shite? you should be able to sue for that right...I mean if you have the original design you should be able to prove that is was your work...

It wasnt an orginal design per say. It was a suggestion my company had sold a ton of and I got guilty after the idea took off on ebay and around town. I contacted LSU marketing department and spoke with the guy and he said to send him samples of the shirts and caps and he would "get back to me". Asked all the right questions but the simple truth is they owned my idea before I ever put it on apparel. I just put it in gear and NIKE took off with it and made a frick ton off of it.
