Im sure Ricky Williams never smoked pot at UT and of course UT never had a positive drug test on Ricky. It wasnt till he went to the miami dolphins that he started smoking pot.

When they're not registered to you, it's illegal. And when at least one has the serial number filed off...that's a pretty big deal too.
