re: Time to let the LSU, Ark, Ole Miss, and Miss St pod idea go

Anyone who has schools from the same state not in the same pod is brain dead. Rivalries come and go but local rivalries are become the most intense over time.

Texas, A&M, Mizzou, Oklahoma

LSU, Ark, Miss State, Ole Miss

Bama, Auburn, Vandy, Tennessee

Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky

NO OTHER GROUPING MAKES SENSE!

I'm also having trouble figuring out why so many here are trying so hard to pair A&M with LSU. There is no rivalry between our programs and no meaningful history. It's only been A&M acting strangely and trying to create a rivalry. Sure it feels good to beat A&M because they're so obnoxious and weird, but between the two, I'd much rather preserve the battle for the boot and let Texas and A&M do their Thanksgiving day thing or whatever they want to do.
