I would hardly say that. I'm not gonna say Ben Simmons averaging 20/12/5 cost us an NCAA berth

Blakeney is being sold to return so he can show his ability to play the point. Could still go either way but i think he's 60/40 in favor of staying right now. Could still go through the workouts and come back

No one individual player cost us. Our problem was terrible team chemistry.

I think Blakeney could find his way into the top 20.

We really have the worst representation of fans posting on this board. Some of you are truly miserable to bash a dude like this. It's one thing to hate on the coach, but to bag on a player like this is pathetic.

If we had fielded a team from the REC then we would be in the Final 4

Good luck Tim. I'll never forget that triple-double against Ole Miss last year. Wish this year would have gone better.

His shot needs work and his decision-making was poor at times, but he has a ton a potential.

Lol y'all said the same thing about Mickey but he received the biggest second round contract ever. If you're reading this board TQ (which you're probably not) work hard and go learn from a knowledgeable coach and I know you can succeed.

Mickey was a phenomenal blocker and a great rebounder though to go with nice scoring skills. He led the nation in blocked shots, led the SEC in rebounding and was top 5 in scoring in the SEC.

I think Quarterman is a naturally talented guy who had a few great games this season (UK in particular), but I can't name anything he did really good this year. He was a decent scorer, but that's about it. I think he'd be better with a coach that could discipline his play and you can see the potential there. But 1st round possibilities like the article says? If I'm an NBA team with a 1st round pick, I don't want a project to work on. I want as close as I can get to a sure thing.

The NBA draft is all about potential

Should have declared last year, his obvious jealously of Ben Simmons ruined the chemistry of this team and got worse and more obvious as the year went on.
IMO he will be a career European player, which is not a bad way to make a living. Good luck TQ, if Garrett Temple can play 9 years in the league maybe he can too. Doubt it but maybe

You think they would learn looking at all the busts around the league. TQ would be more of a free agent guy in my mind or a late 2nd round pick for a team that has the luxury to pick a player that is going to take some time to develop. I'm no NBA expert at all though. I do know it's a scoring league and TQ is a very inconsistent scorer.

Who in their right mind would draft him after watching his film from this season?

If someone drafts this guy in the first round, everyone involved needs to be fired.
