Every year at tailgait(football), when we cook jambalaya, we always make white beans to go with it. After eating it a few years like that, can't imagine eating the jamby tailgaiting any other way

I concur with others that jambalaya with white beans on the side rules and is standard fare down in St. Mary Parish where I grew up and in NOLA where my mom's family is from.
