Another article about LSU/Auburn 2007 that is completely false.

In other words, if he would have dropped the pass, LSU would have lost. To every LSU fan, it is now known as "The Catch".

yea easy to see there woul dhave been 3 secs left on the clock, and i have never heard someone call it "The Catch" lol.

Not only did Byrd catch the ball with three seconds left, we even kicked off to Auburn after the extra point.
Flynn also didn't snap the ball as soon as he got to the line, he let at least 4 or 5 seconds run before he snapped it.

Yeah where does this "Catch" shite come from?

Also, I knew we were the Bayou Bengals, but
"Cardiac Cats" ?????????????

What a fricking doofus....

good list except Tennessee in 2010 should not be on there. That game was miserable. I've never left a stadium more dissatisfied with a win.
agree, lsu-mississippi state 2000 should most certainly replace the 2010 tennessee game.

Agreed. Completely absurd to say LSU loses if the pass is incomplete.

UGA 03 was definitely the defining moment that LSU football is back and better than ever.

Florida 07 may have been the best game, though.

1/2 doesn't really matter here as long as this is the 1 and 2.

All this. I wasn't there in person for 03 so my opinion is biased, but Florida 07 was THE game for me. I have never been to a better sporting event of any kind in my life, still 5 years later.

The atmosphere was absolutely electric like nothing I've ever seen. When they announced USC lost, the heckling and humbling of Tebow, and going 5-5 on 4th downs were insane to see live. This is a game that I will never forget.

Not being there for UGA '03 is the reason.

TV took a commercial break while all of Tiger Stadium chanted LSU-LSU-LSU-LSU for 5 mins straight... right after UGA tied the game on a 90 yard screen pass.

As another poster said earlier, catastrophe syndrome was gone in that one defining moment in TS history. It was epic.
