I created these quick mock-ups of what it might look like. Is this what we're expecting?

I personally would have preferred a complete enclosure, but I guess we're out of luck on that based on the description Alleva gave.

Great work, but the design itself looks like shite.

my impression is that the stadium club seats would go on the bottom and the UD seats would go on top of that. Also, I don't think there's supposed to be a covering.

I could be wrong, but that was by interpretation

Not sure all the hate for this.

I think it is gonna be an awesome, updated addition to the stadium.

In the top picture, you have the addition in the wrong end zone. That pic is facing south-to-north.

Nice try but this is not how it will look. There are not enough seats depicted in your example.

The new Tiger Den Suites and Club levels will also provide tiers of outdoor seating in addition to the 1,500 seat upper deck.

Take a look at both side uppers and envision the suite and club levels with a mini upper deck of approx. 4 to 6 rows on top.

Great...now we're going to have to hear all the smartasses come in and say that we don't have the demand for that many seats and how it would look like shite.

I say enclose both EZ's and DOME it....can you imagine the noise? Then, the chance of rain in Death Valley will really be NONE!

I'm aware. I couldn't find a better picture, but it looks close enough.

It has potential to be great if done correctly. Unfortunately I don't think they will do it right

They'll screw it up like they are going to screw up the outside of tiger stadium project.

Having a high number of seats means more people in the stadium every Saturday night!

LOVE IT!

My question is "why don't we have official drawings of what it's going to look like?? I know TAF is paying for it with donor money, fees, etc., but it would be nice for the fans to have some input. TS is an iconic stadium and would look awesome if the end zone expansion created a seamless horseshoe of the upper deck. Breaking it up will not be the best looking option in my opinion. An enormous jumbotron at the other end would be amazing with an upper deck horseshoe!

The first picture is the north end zone. That only looks like it would add a couple thousand seats, not 7,000.

Agreed.

I saw the plans today actually, but no renderings. Pretty much what I expected.
