Two Questions:
1) Did Trent Johnson leave LSU off of his resume?
2) What is the connection between Trent Johnson and Johnny Jones? I don't see how Trent Johnson would know all that much about Johnny Jones unless one of his assistants would like to apply to North Texas.

This for me too. Why does LSU care who Johnson endorses? 'Hey coach, you didn't do a great job for our University, who do you recommend to continue your sub-par work?'

All TCU cares about is graduating there players. There is even a clause to give Trent more money if he graduates his players at a high percentage. Thats why they paid so high for him.

I would never hire an endorsement from a coach that is leaving. Look what happened to the LSU football program when they hired Arensberger(sp) endorsement. That POS wanted LSU to fail since he was going to Florida. I think that LSU should do a national search for the right guy and be prepared to throw big money at the right hire. I just hope that LSU can land a winning coach.

I think it is a lack of professionalism for a coach to recommend the next coach after TJ leaves the program in shambles after taking several mil to restore the program
