except no it cant. no one you label a negative poster expected o to win the west. we did expect him to not lose to a mid major and not have the worst loss in the 100+ year history of the lsu vs msu game. we did expect him, since he is this master recruiter, to not have the worst class in a while. we did expect him to let his coordinators coach. we did expect him to hire the best coordinators.

You obviously do not understand context if you don’t realize that not all 8-4 seasons are the same. Going 8-4 in 2000, 7-4-1 in 1994 is different than going 8-4 in 2016

this isnt the same as telling a team youre gonna be one of the 4 best teams in cfb. the fact that you cant see the difference isnt stocking. of course lsu is playing for sec titles. so is vandy.
again, have you ever heard Saban, Belichik, carroll, or any elite football coaches publicly claim that they were going to make the playoffs pr the superbowl?
and again, my posting of that pic was i response to a poster saying everyone knew it was a rebuild.
link to any other coach making a claim like this. you cant.

its amazing that anyone could see this different. saban took over a program with 7 total wins combined in 98&99 and proceded to win 8 games in 2000. in 98&99 lsu combined for 3 sec wins and saban proceded to have 5 sec wins in 2000.
anyone claiming O should be given the same treatment as 2000 saban should just be banned because of ignorance.
saban lost 4 games after taking over a bad program. o lost 4 games after publicly claiming we were going to be a playoff team

So you think coach brown was saying ok we are top 64. No he wasn't . Not going to argue but I love LSU win , lose or draw and will never talk shite about school or anyone associated with it to point you guys have taken it . Sorry! I don’t necessarily have a problem with the coach saying his team will make the playoffs but the idea that this was a rebuild is the biggest goalpost move by CheeriOs. Again we see the pat to they can’t defend their guy so they blame someone else (Miles)

you should be pissed that, at a very pivotal moment in lsu football, our clown ad thought it was ok to hire a 55 year old career dline coach that has never in his life proven he can run a successful side of the ball,let alone a successful program.That's what should piss you off.

that was my point of posting the pic. O clearly didnt think it was a rebuild because he publicly claim that they were going to make the playoffs.

Going to leave you with this. You would probably be pissed if we hired who I wanted. I wanted Fleck but it didn't happen. So now I am moving on. Going to cheer like crazy. Read not degrade any moves made during season and off season. I didn't want Jimbo , If I ask girl to prom and she says no , she don't get second chance to turn me down. I also liked idea of young blood. Jimbo is stale. Not saying not a good coach but other then Winston year very over rated. Later my tiger brothers. Geaux Tigers!

Actually by insisting he had 2 so so years at LSU, including year 5, its you that’s the one doing that. The run he’s on at Alabama is unprecedented but if you look at the beginning of his tenure there, the first 4 years it’s pretty similar to his 5 at LSU, including a better than expected 2nd year and losing 3 the year after his first NC there.

I don't know about all this he said she said stuff but I'll tell you what, Saban lost to UAB and O lost to Troy. If that don't tell you the two are nearly identical then I don't know what will. The two should be considered comparable and by God I can't wait for football season!!
