Coming into the season, I chalked Naz and Tre being good as gone. At this point, I’m not so sure that both return next year.

No one looks remotely ready for the draft

Never thought waters was a lock to leave for nba bc he doesnt really have the upside that will get him drafted high enough.
Naz looks the part and is talented. He should improve as his health does and is likely a one-and-done

If he can't compete with Fla St and Oky St how can he compete with NBA players.

Naz? Yes.

Tremont? No.

Naz at this point is a second rounder. Tremont won't get drafted. He will make the G League though.

Both should return unless Naz drastically improves.

Naz looked great early on against teams like the Northwestern Peruvian Coffee Farmers, but not nearly as impressive against better competition. That being said, the NBA draft is based on potential and I think he’ll still be a first-rounder with his unique skill set.

Tremont has been in Tack Minor bonehead mode the last few games. After a good start, it seems like he has regressed. I’d he doesn’t build on last year, I can’t see him getting drafted, but that doesn’t stop anyone from declaring these days.

Thru 7 games? Right Now they both should stay. However by the end of the season there is a very good chance that is not the case.

Naz has the talent easily to be one and done

We are just saying at this point in time, he is raw and has a lot to work on before getting there as of today

But all of it can easily change how certain kids perform down the stretch

That's because his fundamentals are lacking.

He has gotten away with talent alone probably his entire high school career. That ain't happening no more...he needs to work on fundamentals especially around the basket.

Definitely. He throws up a lot of trash that just isn’t going to cut it against better competition. Hopefully he learns to make wiser decisions.

I still think he will go in the first round regardless. If Skal Labissière can still get drafted in the first round after that shite-show of a freshman season that he had, Naz should be fine.

When the hell are y’all going to learn it doesn’t matter when they should leave.

They will leave when they want to.

We have seen it time and time again. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone other than those 2 declares as well.

What skill set are you talking about? Hope he develops, but at present, against other good players, he is no threat.
Frankly, I think the problem with Waters, no one is open inside nor are the bigs a threat once the ball goes inside. We have no skilled big men around the basket on offense at present.
With Waters and a Big Baby Davis type player this team would be very good.

Waters should be a four year guy. He's not an NBA player

Through 7 games I like Emmitt Williams more than Naz. EW seems to always play hard and Naz doesn't. I know Naz has a lot of upside and hopefully he lives up to his hype before leaving.
