It was a deucehole. Nothing was close to the next thing. What you saw on GameDay was the best it got.

Felt like I was in a different country.

I wasn’t very fond of the campus, I didn't like how there were two campuses. I also thought it was a little difficult to buy booze on/around campus...

Most of the classrooms were downtown, then the stadium, law school, med school, etc's were about a mile or two north of downtown.

They are connected via a monorail.

There's actually 3 if you count where the stadium is, all really close. I thought it was a great small college town and game day atmosphere for a smaller school.

i hated that fricking thing had to ride every day as a freshman to get to class added another 20mins to get to class instead of rolling out of bed 20mins before it started

To compare it to an SEC School...I felt like I was at Mississippi State.

Not really a bar, more like a couple beer taps @ a snack bar type deal. Great setup nonetheless. Some chick was actually trying to study nearby why we were bowling for beer... LOL

In Baton Rouge the size of your school is determined by the seating capacity of your football stadium.

How about getting rid of that random 30 yard space between the south endzone seats and the field goal post first...
