If it were simply up to Wins/Losses than Boise State and TCU would kill everyone in the country.
It is about matchups.
Arkansas = great offense, middle of the road defense, very good special teams.
LSU = great defense, BAD offense, very good special teams.
They have the edge there AND the game is at Arky, but people assuming we could lose that game are pure haters. I know.

And i've watched the JJ/JL combo struggle almost every single game this season too no matter the opponent.
Any advantage LSU has on defense is heavily negated by the piss poor offense.

if you think we played ULM like we will play OM or Arky you are sorely mistaken. We ran very vanilla plays, i.e. dives and a few deep passes. we will play arky just like we did bama and uf, fired up.

Look, just because you walked on in the Early 80's doesn't mean shite. We have concerns about the team, how dare we. OMG/ONOZ, a former walk-on is talking shite because some fans aren't kissing Les Miles' arse. OMG/ONOZ!
Funny how the offense was bad last year and continues to be as bad this year.
LSU has a ton of talent, a great defense, and great special teams. The fact we've won in spite of our horrific offense is a testament to the defense and special teams.
That said, nope, no criticism is ever allowed for LSU just because we're 9-1. We have proven there is no doubt that this team will win and play its best game every week.

I can agree with this. I find myself in the role of a father who sits in the bathtub with the rest of his family while a tornado rages overhead. You have to tell them it'll be alright and that everything will be fine. And it may very well be. But you have absolutely no way of knowing because the whole situation is way above your head.
That said, our run D is loads better than Auburn's. We've had exactly one game where a team was able to run the ball on us at will. And that really should be thrown out because Auburn never has to try to stop their own rushing attack in a game situation.

I can only wish that you would say that to my face. I'm 43 years old, and started 2 years as a safety at lsu, and i'm quite sure in person you wouldn't question whether i walked on or otherwise. I'm quite sure you are a big mouth behind a computer. What i do know is that you predicted doom and gloom on here before the season started, and well into it...and at 9-1 it is like you never predicted all that bullshite. you are a loser, an idiot, and I for one am tired of your shite on here. You are a big man behind a keyboard, but i guarantee you are a pussy in real life. On top of that, your predictions, and knowledge of lsu football, or just football in general, is pathetic. While I agree with this to a degree, our stats in the rushing game are heavily propped up by our pass rushing, especially early on in the season.
We have a good rush defense, but it has its flaws. I think if we are healthy going into the Arkansas game and call an open and aggressive offensive game, we will win.
If it is called like this past game and the first half against Alabama, I think we lose.

This!!! We hardly ever show a lot of offense against our $$$ games! Our goal is to achieve victory with few injuries and get young players some PT. Also, when you force turnovers on your opponent's side of the field, you don't get a ton of yards and first downs, but you do get points and the W.

I enjoy idiotic threads. Arky was held to 20 points against Bama, the only legit defense they have faced. LSU has the top ranked pass defense in the SEC to contain Arky.

It is definitely okay to have criticism of lsu, but your posting history indicates that you have been negative all year on lsu, and that despite their complete surpassing your bold mediocre predictions, you still give them no credit.
